COTERIE 

Our goal is to bring like minded and business driven entrepreneurs into a thriving environment to network and expand our business clientele. By becoming a vendor at our upcoming Coterie event, you will be shinning light on your business thus making others aware of what you have to offer! Although this will be our first networking event, we have done two prior pop-up shops this past year. Both had a successful turn out. We thought it would be a great opportunity to help other small businesses get their name out their as well. 

The Coterie Event is set for Saturday, November 6th 2021.
LOCATION: 31 E 31st Sreet, Storefront New York, New York
 TIME FRAME:  1-1:30 (set up)
Pop up 1:30-4:30 and clean up 4:30-5

Each vendor will be allowed one addition staff making it only 2 people per vendor table. Table rental will be available in the options below. Please Choose options accordingly.

Leading up to the event date, you will receive an email with all of the event information. Any additional questions can be emailed to : lamiaandcorunway@gmail.com 

Promo: Your business will receive a promo flyer with your business logo or name to let your customers know of the event! Promotion is key for us to all have a successful turnout. We suggest posting via all socials at least once a day or every other day leading up to the date. This includes page post, ig stories, reels, tiktok, 7 etc... You can never post too much because it only brings more people aware. :)  

Waiver: “LAMIA Co.” reserves the right to refuse any vendor application, should this occur the fee will be refunded less any transaction fees that are required by Shopify. The Vendor shall defend, save, and hold harmless the LAMIA Fall Fashion Show/ Coterie, their respective officers, agents, members, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise, and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, vandalism, or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described herein, where past, present, or future. Booths are not insured by the LAMIA Fall Fashion Show/ Coterie, LAMIA Co. or any sponsoring agents. Exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods or services. Exhibitor must have replacement cost insurance for all personal property. Exhibitor assumes full liability for protecting, care, and maintenance of exhibitor’s property. ANY VENDOR NOT HOLDING VALID LIABILITY INSURANCE EXHIBITS AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY.
